Dietary Analysis


You will be asked to keep a 3-day food and drink diary (template provided) which I will analyse in-depth to see which nutrients your diet may be lacking in, or which nutrients you could cut back on.


Not sure how many calories you should be consuming to gain, maintain or lose weight?  How much Carbohydrate, Fat or Protein?  Not to mention all those Vitamins & Minerals!  Well I can help you there.  I can analyse your current diet and tell you exactly what little tweaks you can make to get you feeling happier and healthier.
