Makes 1

Ingredient
- 50g rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 100ml milk (any kind of milk you like, cows milk, soy milk, almond milk…)
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp honey
- tsp cinnamon
- chocolate chips
Method
- Heat the oven to 173 ‘C.
- Put all the ingredients in a blender.
- Pour the mixture into a non-stick ramekin (or a greased ramekin).
- Bake in a hot oven for about 15 mins or until you can put a knife in and pull it out clean.
