Chocolate chip & banana baked oats


  • 50g rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 100ml milk (any kind of milk you like, cows milk, soy milk, almond milk…)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • tsp cinnamon
  • chocolate chips


  1. Heat the oven to 173 ‘C.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a blender.
  3. Pour the mixture into a non-stick ramekin (or a greased ramekin).
  4. Bake in a hot oven for about 15 mins or until you can put a knife in and pull it out clean.
