• 2 chopped onions
  • 1 large carrot chopped
  • 1.3l turkey or chicken stock
  • 3 tbsp plain flour
  • 5 tbsp white wine or water


  1. Cook onions and carrots in a pan. Pour in turkey stock and simmer for 1hr
  2. Strain or keep veg in and blitz until smooth
  3. Blend flour & white wine and blend into stock
  4. Stir over medium heat until thickened
  5. Can say in fridge for several days or freeze for 1 month
