
Ingredients
- 2 chopped onions
- 1 large carrot chopped
- 1.3l turkey or chicken stock
- 3 tbsp plain flour
- 5 tbsp white wine or water
Method
- Cook onions and carrots in a pan. Pour in turkey stock and simmer for 1hr
- Strain or keep veg in and blitz until smooth
- Blend flour & white wine and blend into stock
- Stir over medium heat until thickened
- Can say in fridge for several days or freeze for 1 month
