Ingredient
- the flesh of 1 mango (230g)
- 1 scoop of vanilla ice-cream (optional)
Method
1. Scoop out the flesh of the mango and freeze for 2-3 hours or until frozen.
2. Put the frozen mongo in a food processor for 1-2 minutes or until it reaches a soft ice-cream texture.
3. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
